Aerodynamic for Nurburgring

The front generates low downforce while the rear generates high downforce, it's a medium-high downforce circuit and I wonder if a mid-wing can be concerned for Nurburgring?

I'm concerned about how much sugar you are taking on board before posting Ranger.

McLaren ran the viking wings nearly all season last year apart from Monza. Teams will probably use the midwing as if nothing happened.

Medium-high downforce means, on a relative scale, the car will be approaching high downforce levels a la Monaco, but not to the point where drag is severe.

Do you mean a real mid-wing like a 95 MP4-10?

mid wings are no for downforce proposal, they just redirect the air into the rear wing

zac510 had in mind real wing that creates downforce used on Mclaren more than 10 years ago.

Trick question: What is Schuey doing in Mclaren? (those who know the answer - let it last a bit  )

I just hope we don't see those ugly X-wings that were mounted on top of the sidepods (no star wars jokes) that the jordan ran in think in 1998/99 (i could be wrong).

The rear wing looks big and all, while the front wing looks smallish by comparison. However the front wing is more efficient by virtue of being closer to the ground and being in cleaner air.

And the diffuser *exit* may be overhanging the rear, but the diffuser itself has a center of aerodynamic pressure that's pretty far forward. This has been discussed earlier in this forum.
