yes, but as he says, it is not going to bother 90% of drivers. Very few people in the world are going to need that sort of car to commute many days in the very low minus conditions where that becomes a problem. No doubt there will be some, but probably not worth influencing the car design for just a couple % possible customers who could probably find better options than a 'sporting' style car if conditions were that bad.
