But it looked as if they massively were down on power in the last races. So they might have tuned it down.

Last year Vettel had to take his second CE very early in the season as well and didn't need to take a third one.
Today was 4 Ferrari powered cars taking one. That points to there being some type of issue that needs to be fixed.

Per sky Vettel was running less downforce than Leclerc during fp1, and they are now both running something in the middle.

Opinions on Gasly's form lately? He was over a second behind VES in FP1, and currently occupies 10th spot in FP2 with his teammate in 3rd position. Did I really overestimate him or can it take this long to get to grips with a completely different car?

He won't make it to the summer break if these performances continue. I knew he wasn't that good because imo he failed to distinguish himself against Hartley last year, a driver that nobody rated at all. So yeah...Gasly is awful. I reckon we will see Albon at RBR this year.

Renault once again seems to be 4th
How will they screw up this time?

NB: New engine for HUL, new MGU K fix for all Renault's powered car

Renault will try more agressive engine mode in FP to unleash more power.
If ok will use them next

He said, that he had attention on his display and in the last moment saw that he was pulled by the FIA and could not stop soon enough. He decided to stop, so that everyone saw that he did not ignore the signal.

So it seems that Mercedes is still ahead because I take for granted that Lewis can improve Bottas time. I still need to see how fast can Leclerc be.

Great to see McLaren strong again, hopefully both drivers Will score a good amount of points this weekend.

I love it when the Ferrari is ahead by a couple of tenths and everyone is like "my god they're in god mode.. their engine is so powerful." Yet, when the Mercedes is ahead by over half a second, there's always a reason why it's an anomaly.
"Sebastian there's very, you're a member of a very select few.. Stewart, Lauda, Piquet, Senna, Prost, Schumacher, Fangio.. VETTEL!"

Thank you Marvin!
As always I'm expecting GPR-A with long stints analysis.

But I think Q will be very tight especially between Hamilton & Vettel.
Verstappen seems strong & 3rd isn't even representative but I expect him to fall behind come Saturday. Although he's always in the mix for Sunday
Very interesting battle between Renault & McLaren.

LEC had to park the car in FP2 due to a leak that required extensive "cooling checks."

There has been a lot going on with the Ferrari PU lately.
