OK explain this to me. How was Stroll a mble to hold the softs for so much time and Norris couldn't? How also does Perez do that? He seems to be having a way to save tires or the car is too soft with the tyres?

I think Norris is weaker on tyre management. He always has more issues with it than Sainz.

No. They are one stopping. They should have less pace to the end, but it's tough to overcome 15 seconds.
