1. This has a
lot of parts on from 2019 on purpose to not give the game away.
2. Ferrari has sensibly decided they will not beat Mercedes in 2020 now their engine trick has been found out, so focus on 2021 and sacrifice 2020.
As a long term battle plan number 2 would actually be sensible and the option I'd go for.
I think they just hit the limit with this concept, tried to develop it as much as possible for downforce without revolutionising the entire car, I'm impressed with how tight they managed to make the sidepods, I've always thought that's where the Ferrari looked bulkiest vs the Red Bull and Mercedes, it looks like last year's McLaren to some extent
