The three grid positions drop penalty still to be served in the next race, isn't it?

I don't want anything* specifically in these regards, except knowing how are FIA dealing with technical (as for PU elements) vs. sporting penalties.

* I trully want anybody except Hamilton winning a WDC.

Max said that his top speed is such that he can't pass. That suggests they're running plenty of downforce and thus drag. Of course, if the race is wet, he'll be very happy with that extra downforce.

I don't know if he can pass or not but they use such a df that for the first time I saw RB car's tyre had so much lateral force when they are turning. I think they are using far more df compared to a normal race setting

Why is that do you think?

Good question, I am wondering that myself!

I would think if qualification is wet but the race is dry, they would opt for a full dry setup. You would think the rest would go for more DF to do a decent qualification in the wet, which would give RB an advantage in the race.

Or is rain expected on Sunday?

If the race is expected to be dry, everyone will tip toe around qualifying on a dry set up. No point setting it up for a glory run in qualifying if you get mugged to the back of the field in the first couple of laps.

Which means RB have set up for a wet race no? With the amount of downforce they have?..

I just checked the weather and some sites say 80% of rain on sunday and others as low as 20%... So I am clueless really.
