Why is this GP so polarising? :( We haven’t even seen a session yet and everyone is whining on different forums. Personally I can’t wait to see how the new track plays out. Sure it’s not the most original layout/idea but the championship points still stand!

Bring on tomorrow
Some have an attitude that nothing can be fun and everything needs to be a stuffy, tedious bore.

I love that they’re pouring so much effort and energy into the event. It’s great for the sport.

This track is going to be on the calendar for a long time judging by how good of a time all the drivers are having in Miami. Hopefully the track lives up to the atmosphere!

Some people have pathological distaste anytime a new circuit comes up. The country is bad, the circuit is bad, dangerous, FOM is greedy and what not. There will be an excuse. One thing people forget is that the new circuits are far more raceable than most of the old circuits.

Have to say I’m feeling a bit more optimistic about this track generating some good racing after watching this.

There is a good mix of very tight, technical stuff with the long straights, so gives a good opportunity for both our championship contenders to play to their strengths. A bit like Baku in that way - long straights and some tight and twisty sections, but I think better in that there are much less just 90 degree ‘bland’ corners here.

Yeah that's not great is it! Rest of the track looks interesting and good to watch, but that, well.

Big emphasis on jewellery and proper flame proof clothing for drivers underwear this time round.

So it seems that the fake marina bit is really just a themed showroom for a yacht company selling their yachts. If this is true, seems like a pretty brilliant idea
Every possible inch of america is used to sell something so this doesnt suprise me

Trouble now is that they’ve said it already a few events ago and nothing was done for drivers (Hamilton) who were in breach of said regs. If they wanted to enforce this rule I feel they’ve missed the boat now.

I agree though, let’s see what happens.

Maybe there some some finalising to do in regards to drivers garments. The writing and briefing seems a lot more detailed so looks like it should actually be properly done.

Do we know of any updates for Ferrari? I just saw that RB brought new brake ducts.
