good someone knows or has heard about the famous book of Brian.G, on the tjv10 engine, as I had understood it would publish this year someone knows or has knowledge of something.

If his articles here are anything to go by, I assume that he has created 100's of pages of content and would easily find a publisher.
Intellectual property rights might be holding him back, not Cosworth, but Ford via Jaguar had some involvment in backing the design and when Brian has to deal with a goliath like Ford, maybe the answer could take years for an outcome?

I don't think so, and I don't know anything about Brian, I haven't seen him active anywhere for a long time.
