Did Hamilton, of all people, really say this!?!

I guess he hasn't been on a 7yr Magic Carpet Ride in the best car in the field...🙄
Once again the sensationalist headline of an article doesn't quite match the context from said article. Not even worth diving into, and yet inevitably we will now see 2+ pages of back and forth jargon.

Onto the Dutch GP, it was surprising to see how low the W13 was running around there. This may become closer to Hungary than was thought after last weekend.

Thoughts on the larger mirrors?

I guess I'll have to revise my DRS prediction trough final corner being scrapped after FP1. As it turns out it's dead easy in clean air, though it still might be a different story on full tanks and in dirty air. I believe there is now not a single reason it shouldn't be used for the rest of the weekend and shows FIA's decision not to use banking as DRS zone last year was complete bollocks.

He's saying exactly what lots of people say every year and have done for decades.
“I mean the car does limit us,” he said. “I think for anyone that’s further back in the order they are limited by the machinery they have. If we all had the same car, no matter which one it was, you would see a better reflection of each driver, but that’s obviously not the case.
Or it can be taken out of context to make a click bait headline.
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.

Good to hear Jensen Button at Zandvoort, valuable commentator.

Are there any photos of the larger mirrors that were supposedly being tested today?

you definitely fell into the clickbait trap..... if you read the entire quote he goes on to say it will show a more accurate reflection of each driver. At no point did he claim he would be guaranteed WDC #1 super duper god like as you are trying to claim.

Max did go out right away on the softs and put that time down, I don't think he's been out on track since.

Edit - Now looks like the engine cover is off the car in the garage.
