Do you know the 2nd most 1-2 on that list for non-teammates? That would be interesting to see as well.

it actually sounds like that in the decision document, yeah. "Mr Bauer submitted that a flapping mirror was dangerous and it could come loose and hit another driver causing injury. Strange, I wonder when Mr. Bauer changed his opinion on this matter.
Kubica Australia 2019, Leclerc and Hamilton Japan 2019 he did not consider this a problem. There is also various Gasly and Vettel incidents in FP holding a mirror with one hand while driving with the other, but thats practice.
Precedent is clear that one broken mirror is not a problem, so what changed for Mr. Bauer?

The Red Bull in Max's hands is too fast for Hamilton in that Mercedes to have won, even on the medium tyre. possible, yeah, but the medium looked considerably quicker to me, and he was in front for 14 laps, mainly in clean air. I think it's reasonable to believe that Hamilton would have been 5s further ahead at least
Verstappen was already considerably quicker when both cars had the medium tire in the first stint. Hamilton's medium tires fell off badly which triggered Mercedes to pit on the first pit stop. It's likely the same would have happened on the final stint.

It also opens the flood doors to what constitutes as being safe/unsafe.

Earlier in the year they allowed Yuki to go out round Baku with a cracked rear wing that was taped up. Nothing was said.

A 30second penalty is just outright stupid in my opinion; probably one of the worst decisions i've seen in a long time - Especially when you compare it to the likes of taking a competitor out the race.

I fear this decision has set a downwards slope in stewarding and is only going to end up with many more protests about illegal cars with race results changed after the race.

Look at Lando’s cockpit camera during the crash and reassess what is stupid here and what isn’t. Alpine and the race director put Fernando, every nearby driver and spectator’s life at risk for the remainder of the race

The ease of overtaking a Mercedes is two-fold. 1) It's not very quick down the straight and 2) it punches a very big hole in the air for the trailing car.

Japan 2019, Ferrari didn't pit Leclerc. His left front wing endplate came off right before 130R, and ripped lewis's right mirror off the car!

There is too much of nonsense going on from stewards in the name of first lap incidents. Sometimes I feel, all races should have a rolling start, instead of standing one. It can save so much money for teams.

This case is not black and white that's why. Sainz though innoccent, changed his line so that he could cross-over on Max. This sudden change of line left zero margin to avoid a collision from any late braking by rivals. As Brundle said, Sainz should have kept his car as steady as possible to ensure he gets out safe from turn one.

Lewis'onboard shows, it was his front wing that tapped Carlos' right rear and send him in a spin and then George t-boned him.

Couldn't find the video of it (didn't search hard though). Did find this though:"Turn 1 was mayhem caused by the guys up front. [Paul] di Resta hit my rear wing, damaged my rear wing, half the endplate was gone and driving to Eau Rouge someone's rear wing came off and went through my front wing and took the mirror off."
