Looking at the OP of that picture it goes into the rear crash structure, so more likely to be for rear rain/warning lights and DRS actuation.

It can be just an access hole for a spanner or ratchet to unscrew the rear crash struxture fasterners.

+1s to all. Since it is going into the crash structure (aft of the wing pylon) and it's connected to a metal tube it might be the crankcase vent, which for a few seasons now they've had to terminate at the rear of the car often alonside the CS or within it. The shape is unique, it goes from tubular to a very wide flange, which might be an aero decision. Many cars have a port around the rear light which usually is the vent. RB19:

Back to the flanged tube, in the full image you can see the tube goes all the way forward; sleuths should be able to find RB18/19 engine photos showing where this tube goes on the engine side.

The longbow and floor spring are visible. Also the air probe unit is revealed. For the first time (?) we can see the rear upper arm attachment unfaired. It's a rigid stem extending out from the monocoque. Probably terminates in a flexure which means that whole arm assembly has no traditional pivots.

What's 8nteresting about that rear upper arm is it seems the pivot point is off the body. So effectively a short arm pivoting around 3 inches away from the monocoque.
