What can I

say? Happy birthday. This is just one of those cars that quite inexplicably has the capacity to put me in a good mood just by the fact that it exists! A car that has lived on for almost half the existence of automobiles has to have something special about it.

Heres an intersting thing, my grandpa was telling me the other day about when he was a hydralics engineer and he told me he built a test rig for a small car company, the owner of the company didn't pay my grandpa so he took said owner to court. 'You might know his name' my grandpa said '(yes you've got it) Chapman, somebody Champman, of Lotus!

So my Grandpa was partly responsible for the financial downfall of Lotus, don't hate me for this.
