Main differences-similarities between Red Bull RB4 2008 – RB3 2007
1.T Wings are connected to longer (closed) chimneys
2.Larger sidepod Vanes
3.No front & rear wheel rim shields like RB3
4.Rear vertical air flow guide for RB4 & RB3
5.Similar Indy fins
6.Similar engine cover “hump” for RB4 and RB3 season update version
7.Similar rear midwing
8.Mirrors were placed again away from the cockpit like RB3 launch and early season edition
9.Gearbox radiator outlet for RB4
10.No Shark Tail Fin for RB4 . RB3 introduced a shark tail fin at last races in 2007

In Barcelona Red Bull tried a new front wing:

New bargeboards in Australia?

Even 'teethier' than those of F2008 and RA108 =D>

Also I think I see 2 small air intakes on the top above the front suspension.

I recall just a few years ago when Adrian Newey was generally considered to be #1A or #1B among all F1 designers and the definite #1 in terms of aero innovation. But your postings make it clear (to my untrained eyes) that Newey is in follower mode. Seems he copied first Ferrari and now McLaren.

It's probably just a case of great minds reaching the same general solution to the same problem, but I expected more from Newey at RBR.
