I'm using it now. It's pretty damn good but it seems to fluctuate a lot on loading times.

I reckon Chrome is pretty good! Fast, looks solid and it runs smoother aswell. It just needs some more plug-ins to work completely.

Only problem with Chrome is I can't scroll upward on the laptop

Turning on the option to always ask for a save destination (the 'save as...' option is always enabled) removes this vulnerability.

Do you mean Beta? If so it is the second letter in the Greek alphabet, and refers to the a stage in testing. Alpha testing is carried out internally to the software developers (often by a separate department), this is then improved and released to real world users. Although this is a full product, many bugs will still reside in the code> When it is tested this way it is said to be in BETA stage (I.E. still not fully developed; but released to, a small proportion of at least , the public).
