Have you tried forums related to motorcycles, the 600cc engine class , or Honda? There are 'recycle' - "junkyards" that specialize in salvaging motorcycle parts. Try using Google. Shipping from outside South East Asia may cost as much as a salvaged engine.I recommend Japan. Several large motorcycle recycle businesses there. Maybe India?

I am assuming this is for a Formula Student car.....maybe try the FSAE.com forum, or eBay. Though the problem is likely to be shipping to India...

what is 600 f4i? is it the same as thee 600rr, a 599cc inline-4? Is it the same as this one here: https://www.mototechindia.com/honda-cbr600rr/. This model of the Honda CBR600RR is only available in Japan I guess, it comes with downforce winglets and different front farings. But its power and torque output is the same as the older US model.
