I think this would be good for BMW if they play their cards right, from marketing point of view. They can become his sponsors, give him engines, send some mechanics over or give him some $$$ and then say something like "20 year old cars from BMW are better than todays cars of the competitors" If he continues to impress off course, what do you guys think?

I can relate to that story...
I was on the freeway and an aston martin db9 decided to be a show off and blew by me as I was driving my suv.
BUT...
I blew by him about a half mile down like he was standing still...
Because he was!!!
He broke down and had it parked on the side of the freeway!!!
