If you have statistics of other drivers, post it up please,

Percentage of wet WDC race wins only.

60% - Ayrton Senna

40% - Lewis Hamilton
40% - Michael Schumacher

24% - Damon Hill
24% - Kimi Raikkonen

22% - Sebastian Vettel

16% - Keke Rosberg
15% - Nigel Mansell

9% - Rubens Barrichello
9% - Thierry Boutsen
9% - Alain Prost

What are these stats?

% of their total victories, % of wet races that they won in their career?

So amount of wet races versus how many of those you won.

It's actually ambiguous, so probably not good to get on a moral high horse over it.

Does JCF mean:
% wet races won / total races won
% wet races won / % wet races raced in
% wet races won in a championship winning year / % wet races won in a championship winning year
% wet races won in a championship winning year / % wet races driven in a championship winning year

I'm sure there are probably other interpretations as well (e.g. % wet races won / total races driven). All those are valid for the description "Percentage of wet WDC race wins only". I suspect it's actually the second one down, % wet races won / % wet raced raced in. That would actually be the most meaningful, although all are subject to the usual caveats about not being truly representative.
