F1Technical Fantasy League 2013 ?

Post

Anybody willing to have a go?
What website should we use?

It's always fun to battle it out with fellow forum members, so I'd be in, we would just need to be in one place (preferrably).

I never played but I would like to give it a shot if you tip me with a good website. Would be good to be all in the same place as Tomba suggested.

Sounds like fun! Fantasy F1 Sport is free and allows for creation of Sub Leagues, so we can have one just for F1 Technical :)

I can't find anything about subleagues there. Where did you find that?

I think the best thing would be a fairly simple points system, free submission and the possibility to create an f1technical subleague, so that we can compete against each other ;) Many years ago we had a nice system (when the forum was still small) and it was heaps of fun, so if we find some proper site now, I think that can be the case again!

In addition to a fantasy league, would people be interested in forming a leauge on gppredictor.com too?

EDIT: I've created a league for anyone interested.

When you register, a tab is revealed called "Leagues" under that you can select Sub Leagues. These can be created with passwords.

Of note though is that this site is not a simple points system, so read the "how to play" to get an idea if this is the sort of thing we want here.

Am i still allowed to post about the interforum league, a prediction game between different f1 forums using http://www.zdkf1.com? Last year, f1technical finished 5th out of 11 forums.

So are you guys ready, can we decide where to register so we can all be in one place? The Australian GP is only one week away now.

I would be in if it is for free.
Tomba, an "official" decision?

Whilst it doesn't explicitly have a "subforum" competition, we could still run a subforum competition through ZDKF1 if all F1technical members had the prefix 'F1tec_' in their username as we could very easily compare our scores. Playing through ZDKF1 has the added bonus of allowing us to automatically compete as a team against all those other snarky F1 forums.
