3 race in, I think the big winners for this year are

Massa (Ferrari to Williams)
Hulkenberg (Sauber to FI and missing out of Lotus drive)
Riccardo (STR to RBR)

Kimi could be seen lesser loser in term of grid position this year rather than winner.

Biggest loser will be Maldonado

Hulkenberg is by far the biggest winner. Ferrari passed him over, only to produce a %#^#box of a car. Lotus passed him over, only to produce a ^%#(*box of a car. He landed at Force India which has produced a car that has already been on the podium this season. While the Hulk did not drive the podium finishing car, he is currently third in the drivers' championship. Not a bad set of circumstances for settling at Force India.

You're right. losers this year: Lotus, Ferrari and Sauber. All teams that brushed aside Hulkenberg. Is he a witch? :)

Perez and Hulkenberg seem to be winners. Perez didn't score a podium last year and overall FI looks to be slightly better then mclaren up until now. Hulkenberg is almost self-explanatory if one takes a glance at the points sheet.

Perhaps also a mention to Hamilton who, although already have joined mercedes last year, was convinced mainly under the promise of a good 2014 year.

Based on current merc form Lewis can only be consider winner if he wins the Wdc. Anything less will not worth the pain.
