Implement Ballast for F1

Would it work a "add ballast" per win in F1?

The system will work something like this:

For each victory, you get 2KG in ballast, the second consecutive victory give you an additional KG and the third just .5KG.
(You can change the values here, it was just to ilustrate).

Perhaps you can even after a couple of races with DNF or low scoring you can clear this.

I know that this may cause some teams/drivers to "avoid" winning (as they will have more weight to carry), but for us the outside people it will give us more interesting racing as some will have to overcome this handicap and win anyway and others may have an strategy.

So this may also contribute to the Cost Cap, as if you spend more, not necessarily you will take the crown at the end of the year.

Yeah, nice idea. And the ballast should be in a form of a ball and chain attached to the rear crash structure just to make it visible (and audible) to the spectators which car has the ballast on it.

Also why not add shortcuts for Marussia and Caterham? And neon spraypainted horses glued to the actual tire itself while they are on the start grid.

And replace all horsepower with donkeypower. Oh and double points for the last race.
