A gopro does not fit in those fins, period. Gopro makes great cameras, but form factor has always been its main drawback, they´re not designed to be used on fast vehicles

There are other cameras with similar quality and much better form factor tough, like Mobius, Runcam, etc.

i understand, but i'm sure if they're officially licened, they can alter the shape to make it fit better. i mean, the current camera pods in F1 are huge!
