winter tests-Barcelona

Post

According to a report on F1racing.net, Hakkinen might test the MP4-21 this week! I hope this is true!
First pics from today show most of the cars on intermediary compounds, but on every pics the track seems dry, strange...

BTW manchild, do you have the pre-lunch times from today, as you had sometimes in the past? Such a long break have made me hungry for news and datas, even irrelevant ones...

Hamilton had a problem this morning, already in the first corner! Honda showed up with a black version of the RA106. The only team today with another livery than during the 2006 season!

More news will follow on F1T

I was wondering also, what is the current situation of team's packages? I mean is williams running the Toyota engine, STR the ferrari block and Red Bull the RS26? I'm quite sure it isn't the case already, but when will they start then?

Can't thank you enough MC, this is enormous!

Although the frame rate of the webcams (1pic/10sec) isn't enough to ensure we won't miss a car, this is still a good step forward in terms of linking us to the action on track. The live timing for test sessions was something I was hoping for since I follow F1. It seems this one is run by the track itself, so we can only hope Jerez, Paul Ricard, etc, wil provide the same when it will matter...

I was just thinking that. I saw the car on one frame, and, by the time the frame was reloaded, the car must've done about 3 more laps. Still, it's better than nothing!
