Anyone care to speculate on the changes to car width & bodywork rules?

Car width - by increasing it they will recover mechanical side grip and thus corner speed. So, do we assume a dramatic drop in downforce is on the way and possibly a return to slicks?

Bodywork width - increasing at the rear. Is it possible that somewhere behind this is giving the teams a chance to clean up the rear and reduce drag? Maybe this cleaner wake will help cars following? I would suspect new diffuser regs coming along with too.

Seems like cars in 2009 will be quite different from today and hopefully tidier.
The inclusion of the Kinetic Energy Recovery Systems (KERS) will also be very interesting. There will be a few designs cropping up I am sure. This is good beacuse teams will now focus their money more on this type of thing rather than trying to gain tiny advantages via aero.
Are there any Kinetic Energy Recovery System experts amoung us?
