Isn't there already a precedent for this? I seem to remember one of the Sauber cars a few years ago I think it was the 2003 or 2004 model that looked a lot like the previous years Ferrari. Nothing was done about that, so why shouldn't SA or Torro Rosso use last years cars...they've found a loophole, isn't that the point of F1?

Yes Sauber car looked very similar's to ferrari's because the car had to be designed specifically around the ferrari engine as you could the similarilities because the ferrari and sauber car
