Singapore confirmed to be a night GP

Hye everybody!
During the italian race, I have eard that the singapore grand prix will take place at night.
I have noticed that a french brand will furnish all the lights (cocoricoo!) after some test.

Do you have some informations about these tests (location, photos...)?
And how about the qualifications : day or night?
