Closer look.

I noticed Williams are running their static front wheel fairings (as are toyota), their versions are quite flat and have the opening much lower down the wheel (nearer 7 oclock than Ferraris , plus a small opening at the top.....

...and no bridge wing.


2 mirrors, 4 mirrors... 3 mirros is the solution!

Its not obviously different, but when McLaren run an unpainted part, you can bet it is new. All four elements of the front wing are in bare carbon fibre.

Judging from the bottom extensions on the end plates, they've gone for a wider front wing. The extensions used to have a flat section between the endplate and the "bulge", whereas it appears the bulge now connects directly to the endplates. (well, at least on the front edge)

IMO it looks alot nicer black Myself, I dont see a difference.

AFAIK F2007 has a similar design with thiker endplates
