There was a predecessor to this car.

What was its distinctive feature?

I'm not certain matt21, but I'm sure it has something to do with the 1976 Renault F1 prototype, chassis look the same anyway?

Yes, my picture shows the A500. but there was a car before that with a distinctive feature.

The car from Alpine was much earlier. It is not A500-related.

You are reffering to the Alpine A350, with its Michelin co-developed "flat suspension"?

I'm a Little out of my depth here, so this will be a Quick draw.

One of the classified finishers of the 1976 Brazilian Grand Prix still holds a unique statistical F1 record. Which one?

Niki Lauda has the longest time between two Driver's Champion Titles with 7 years, 1977 to 1984.

Correct, I would also have had to accept Lella Lombardi, as the only female pointscorer in F1 history, with 0,5p at the 1975 Spanish GP.

Alright, so there was this driver duo, who took their team principals car to drive to the test track and flipped it on it's roof. At this point they didn't know yet whose car it was...

So: Which 2 driver were in the car? And whose car was it?

Bonus Question: What model was the car?

Sounds a lot like Senna and Berger flipping Ron Dennis' car?

That's correct! Anyone in for the bonus question? What car did Jean Todt own they flipped?

I dont know what kind of car it was, but was Berger not immediately on the phone with Todt saying "The car has slight curb marks on the roof."
