Heikki pitstop strategy at Turkey

Heikki started the race with 26 laps of fuel and was called in for a unscheduled pitstop during lap 2. I am just wondering if Hekki will be better off if Mclaren have fuel him up with another 3 to 4 laps of fuel and switch to a 2 stops strategy instead.

Bridgestone told McLaren not to run more than 21 laps on any set of tyres, meaning Kova would only have got 42 laps and had to run a much heavier first stint!! hewould still need tyres for the last 16 laps!:) kova was not on a 2 stopper!!! McLaren were bluffing.....kova was only going as far as his tyres would let him in each stint and no more than B/S recommended!! McIdiots were bluffing because they know the 23 is bad on tyre wear!!

Heikki was carrying about 26 laps of fuel when he started the race, and the set of tyre which he put on during his first pitstop lasted for about 24 laps. I suspect Mclaren is really having some issues with the option tyres, and not sure if this is due to FIA CO2 restriction they get from last year's spy scandal.
