History made today - Double double points finish for Germans

When was the last time both German marques had a double points finish in their home GP? This is a first. I looked it up but BMW left F1 from 1988 (turbos through 1987) until 2000. Mercedes returned in 1993 with Sauber after a very long absence. Thus the only years of overlap have been 2000-present.

The closest I could find to this year's results was Nurburgring 2000 (Rubens' first win) when both Mercedes and Button's BMW got points. (Ralf was 7th but points were paid only to 6th that year.)
