With this sound it reminds me of the freaks of the 80-s. Is it just the recording or does it sound somewhat differently? On the first video the idling engine sounds more like a rally car's

It's just a poor microphone. They sound the same as they did last year (minus 1000rpm).

Is there a rule that prohibits one team from testing two cars in two different locations?? e.g. BMW having Heidfeld and a test team at Algarve whilst simultaneously having Kubica and a test team at Valencia. Thanks for your answers...

Also, has anyone found F1 onboard footage of Algarve? I'm amazed not by the total elevation change, but the abruptness of the elevation change, and I really wanted to see it at F1 speed, but was only able to find regular cars circulating the track. Again, thanks if anyone has a link....
