Live Timing problem

Did anyone else have problems with live timing today. It would update itself only every min or so instead of being realtime. I tried reinstalling Java to no avail.

I had it at free practise 2. It wouldn't update itself for a long time :S
What does IDK means?? (someone) i dont know (other dude) OMG no one knows
