It looks like a Caparo and at the same time resembles a Le Mans car!

Just a wild guess, but that could be just a placeholder car in the video? :s

Can this mean RBR is considering making road-legal, ridiculously fast cars?

Newey could become the next Gordon Murray.

I don't think they are, it's probably just a PR thing

The best picture I could find, and it is from the official Gran Turismo website. It's vague and the car can't be seen properly.

Most likely it will be a Le Mans prototype taken to the extreme.

In the video it looks like its a open cockpit? on the picture its a closed cockpit.

But then again its supposed to be designed with no regulations in mind and cant see any point in making an open cockpit then.

I read somewhere that they drove it in their simulator and beat the suzuka track record with 20 sec's.

It's a computer game, so the only "design" will be aesthetic to make the car look agressive. Then they simply turned the dial up to 11 on the performance parameters.

Oh, and a 1 hour photo op with Newey to give it some RB branding.

Unless they wanted to use the Sim side of GT5 to design a car as it would perform in real life.
