Watching the video I thought - 'Finally a red car to drive in the snow; a Ferrari unlike anyother: 4 seats, 6.3 L, 4 wheel drive AND a station wagon.'

What's not to like? =D>

in side view, it looks a bit like a M-Coupe (based on the Z3) - IMHO
but the M-Coupe is a pure 2 seater, with extra luggage space

True, 747Heavy, that comparison also came to mind when I saw the side profile.

I found out about this car earlier today as I checked my e-mail. I was not so surprised but the launch came a bit earlier than I expected. It's not really to my liking and it honestly drives me away from the modern Ferrari a little bit more.

copycats

The name "FF", the 4WD, bodywork type, engine location, hot air outlets, 5 spokes...

Yes, finally a family friendly Ferrari made for our rough roads here in Edmonton full of bumps, potholes, ice and snow covered.

Yeah, you definitely want a Ferrari with 6L engine to drive on snow. Because you're definitely not traction limited. =D>

Need to purge the archaic "shooting brake" term.

+1 747

Kudos to Ferrari for going with a fairly "balls to the wall" concept.

A comparison of a Z3M coupe(even the wheels are eerily similar)and the FF shows how close they look, especially side on.

For those who think a Cayenne Turbo is bit too tame.

I am in love with this car.

YES!! No more I-4 Turbo's!!! for now at least...

This is the problem with F1 today, people that see a loop hole (or a "loose" rule) and decide to close it instead of letting the flaw in the rules be fully exploited.
This experimenting/ingenuity/looking for an advantage is what f1 is about, its all about who can get closest to breaking the rules and pushing design and engineering to the limit. Thinking outside the box!!

It looks terrible. I agree with the comparisions to the BMW above but there is also more than a hint of the BMW 1 series in there also. Still, not as ugly as the BMW X6 and the Porsche Cayenne, but still pretty offensive to the eye.

I usually like hatchbacks, you know Golf, Polo, Leon... but this looks... well, wrong! The proportions of the thing are way off, the hood is too long and it is way too low for a hatchback.

You are not seriously comparing this... thing to the X6 are you? The X6 is one of the best looking SUVs out there in my opinion... agree on the Cayenne though
