Could you shed some more light on what's in it? Is it an aggregation of all the various tech features from F1.com?

Not being an obsessive, I don't know where the technical stuff comes from, but the format is roughly 2 huge pages announcing each race, and then a couple of pages of illustrations of changes that were made. There's also a set of the sporting regs.

quite how that comes to 200 pages I'm not too sure.

It is 200 pages though. It's a 193 page PDF, anyways.

Had a download and look see. It's basically an aggregation of every technical feature that F1.com has run.

Out of the 193 pages, 97 are basically copy pasted regulations, and the actual content is only 90 pages - 2 pages introducing each race, 2 pages detailing the tech articles of each race weekend. 10 pages for the pre-season stuff. The first 12 pages are covers and a Sid Watkins feature.
