Body Roll and Pitch and Driver G's

Hope this is the right board!

I was wondering if there's any data on how much the might cars roll side to side and pitch forward and backwards under acceleration, heavy braking, hard cornering, etc. I know that this is minimized as much as possible.

I was also wondering if there's any data on how many G's drivers might pull in the aforementioned situations. I haven't been able to find any online.
