That is actually a type of T wing. An ugly bastard of a T wing that actually looks not so ugly in the full view of the surrounding bodywork?

They are no ordinary numbers, that's for sure.

Kidding aside, we'll have to wait for FP3 to see what they're capable of.

Ferrari also running more rear wing than most of the other teams at least in FP1. They may go with the lower DF wing once the track rubbers in some.
