I somewhat have a feeling that Peter Sauber would only allow such a takeover if the longterm future of Hinwil in secured. However, I'm not entirely sure a takeover by Andrei Tscheglakow would be that...

I really hope they find a way to secure the location, the jobs and remain independant in F1. Even if paydrivers is the only way.
Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II

Sauber’s head of track engineering Tom McCullough is to leave the team at the end of this season.
