If you cook with coriander leaves can you eat them or do you have to take them out?

Yes coriander is definately edible. For a moment I had no idea what coriander was, but then I remembered it's called cilantro in Spanish.

But let me get this straight, you were cooking and had a question related to it, so the first place you go for help is a Formula One forum? :wtf:

Hey, I don't find it strange at all. Schumi is back so we're about to have plenty of people here asking for hat recipes.

I was thinking it was about a member called coriander who was flouncing out of here!

Coriander leaves are also great in a salad or finely chopped into cous cous

Probably, he was wondering and wanted to ask the people he knows, on a forum he knows. It is exactly why we have an "off topic chat" for :)

And if you to everyone's great surprise doubt the universal wisdom of this forum, even without Ciro, go ask Vijay Mallya!

I dated a half-Thai half-Japanese girl for a while (yes I am a lucky man) and her Thai half was all cuisine.

Coriander and fish sauce. On everything.

But the leaves and stems and seeds can all be eaten. Cooked or raw, on a sandwich with shredded daikon, carrot, chicken, and jalapenos. Very tasty, but moderately used or it gets old fast.

It was a factor in my breakup with her :)

^ Why do you assume you're a lucky man because you dated an Asian girl? :?

And I didn't have a problem with what 'djones' asked, but I found it odd that he asked a motorsport forum for cooking advice. Kind of like asking Martha Stewart about something car related. :)

She was absolutely goregeous, and I considered myself lucky to land her. All my friends said the same thing. She was borderline 'out of my league'.

It's not just an "Asian Fever" thing, as that was a small bit of curiosity.

It was luckier then getting sat on by an elephant, or getting hit by runaway train while tieing my shoe.

I consider myself lucky to have known just about every girl I have ever met or dated, but this one more so.

Mainly, she was a coriander freak, and I went off a tad tangently.

Actually, I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere that Martha was quite happy with her F430? What a combo! =P~

That's much better than a hot sauce/salsa freak!

Anyways, I'm glad you feel that way about her. And you probably won't have a hard time finding another Asian girl in Vancouver.

Impressive stuff, my Norwegian x-mistress gave me a 4200 NOK (500 EUR) speeding-ticket. After she dumped me.
