Due to the fact, that not all fantastic F1 photos are apropriate in this very technical site, I decided to create this thread.

I immediately liked this one from grandprix.com. The STR looks great, wallpaper anyone?

Nice one Zgred
F1 photography is usualy fine technicaly but there is little interest in the pure art side. I got bored taking pictures of fast cars years ago, they mostly all look the same and marketing pics annoy me anyway.
Love the first one, looks like a Scalexreic track with a car out of the groove.
I would love to have an open pass to take pictures that show the real atmosphere and emmotions that you find over grand prix weekends. Get a true feel so to speak.
Technical photography doesnt cut it, even when taking pics of all the women.
Of course there are some classic shots that stick in the mind but not nearly enough of them.

Thx autogyro.
True, but you can find hunger for the artistic input among the professional photographers. I am trying to present this as I hope I have some of it too:]
One of my dreams is to find myself at GP weekend with unrestricted access and few nice lenses.

Glass is useful but a good picture starts in the mind.
