Mercedes-Benz HPE

All that has to do with the power train, gearbox, clutch, fuels and lubricants, etc. Generally the mechanical side of Formula One.

Hi guys,

was just wondering if anyone knew if Mercedes-Benz HPE purely manufactures engines for just F1 (McMerc) of if they do other engines for other series. I think I remember the old Ilmor used to do Champcar?
Info on MBHPE seem hard to come by,just wondering if anyone knows anything on here?

Thanks

Bit of an old one (sorry for digging up the thread) but...

As far as I know in Affalterbach, Germany, at the AMG plant.
