Just managed to check out my recording of the Arg-GP..

Ol' Rossi took the Viagra option - made the very hard rubber stick.. & surely ran M-M down.

Was it a bit of 'hardman' race-man-ship by Rossi - that took Mr Keen (M-M) out.. ..could be..
.. but.. ..even so.. .. 'racing incident' & 'fair bump' - IMO..

Well done, that old man..

Yeah, & good to see C-C finally put a (non-Repsol) Honda on the podium, - as for Lorenzo.. George.. who?
"Well, we knocked the bastard off!"

Ed Hilary on being 1st to top Mt Everest,
(& 1st to do a surface traverse across Antarctica,
in good Kiwi style - riding a Massey Ferguson farm
tractor - with a few extemporised mod's to hack the task).

Heard news that M-M has suffered a fracture to a finger from a training crash..
..so both Repsol/HRC factory team riders - may be absent from the next G.P...

M-M is expected to be race fit for Spain, his little finger fracture has received a Ti surgical implant fix..

Well - that should still give him 3 chances to win a G.P. - in Spain - this year, then..

I really don't expect it to affect him in the slightest.

It is on his left hand I hear, so it won't affect him using the throttle, and even with pulling the brakes or the clutch it won't matter because MM uses only his index and middle finger.

It might make him not push as hard, but this is MM, and Rossi is right, all or nothing

I assume you just meant Clutch lever and not brake lever also, as it's is left hand that's injured.
not meant to be an ass, just that some get confused as to what side the brake and clutch lever are on

It felt as if it was one off circuit, where it worked for Jorge. He hasn't been particularly on top of his form in the first few rounds. Marc's niggle might still be something that is holding him back. Jerez is a short circuit and the opportunity to run close for position exchange is very very limited. Let's see if Jorge's in fact has found some sweet spot, I doubt.
