The 405 was never a rally car. After the end of Group B in rallying, Peugeot took the 205 from rallies, increased its wheelbase and raced the Paris-Dakar with it. Only after came the 405 for raids (and Pikes Peak, also).

For me, the Lancia Rally 037. A pure beast with RWD when Audi already raced with 4WD's. Those turns taken sideways by Markko Allen in the Rally of Portugal have haunted my childhood... :P :P

206, the silver one. It made everyone who drove one (even a five door skinny tyred diesel) look ridiculously cool. Still gives me a hard on when i see it in tarmac spec.

Just add the 037 and second helping of Stratos & stir well and we agree on the recipe!

When it matters guts, Michèle Mouton was "man" as much as Hannu Mikkola, Stig Blomqvist or Walter Röhrl!

Yep, 66.1Mb, before the error checking adds several percent. My e-mail server will allow me to send files upto 50Mb at a time, but I'm yet to find anyone that does not have a file of that size bounced (g-mail depends on the day).
