Distance between front and rear wheel centre line

hi i am doing my dissertation on improving the front wing of formula 1 car. I am designing whole car but does anyone know the length between the front and rear wheel centre line

Average wheelbase for a 2012 car is around 3300mm.

Use the regulations to aid you.
