Does this part of F1 suspensions move or not ?

so you told me that the upper wishbone is mounted behind the steering bar, but some teams put it in front i guess ! which is at the max front when the front wing is removed we can see it going from the main cockpit part to the front wing

I'm unaware of any teams which mount their upper wishbones in front of their steering arms, it would make no sense to me, but if you have photos to say otherwise then you must be right.
