FIA Formula 1 Technical regulations

Hi to all.

I'm searching for full FIA F1 tech. regulations from previous seasons that cannot be found on FIA's website, where we can find full technical regulations from 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 and tech. drawings from 2005 and 2004 but not full regulations. On the internet i can find some brief reviews of technical regulations from previous seasons but i would like, if it's possible, get full documents.
