The driver accelerates and brakes all the time in this special circuit in order to control and optimize the stability of the car (remember M. Schumacher who activated throttle inside a corner) . The toughest braking point is Mirabeau (kurve 4) because it is going downhill on an undulating asphalt .Finally Nouvelle Chicane (kurve 8 ) is dangerous since after tunnel exit the driver must adapt to the changing light .
