How can you show pictures of their designs?
Don't you think they might dislike that slightly?

If these are not his own personal photos, they're in the public domain somewhere else; it makes no difference if he posts them here. If they are his personal photos... well, who's fault is it for letting him take them.

Those aren't photos - they're screen shots - as such they are considered proprietary intellectual property - without written authorization - they are illegally stolen documents - If Williams uses a keylogger - they will find who took the screenshots.
Williams will certainly see these - I don't think they will take it lightly.

Somebody is going to lose their job.

Edited a little latter after reading 2 following posts:
 I made a mistake and once again it's proven I don't everything. To me - that's a little depressing. :(

Quite clearly those are photographs of a screen, so a keylogger won't help (and probably be illegal anyway).
It's kind of their own fault for "allowing" visitors to take photographs.

By the way, what's that in the middle picture?

That was not made by any visitor or worker. This is an official episode made by Williams. See this"

That's why the last one seemed familiar.
Since it is their own publicity stuff and Williams is mentioned they should be okay with it.

And the middle one is the rear floor (yellow being the diffuser).

Just for clarification as @godsire mentioned these shots are from Williams promotional video "Williams in 60 seconds" so its public material. Teams usually blur images or don't show their latest designs so there is not much usefull info for competitors. For example this is FW from BMW Sauber design office video Link
