You are right it had 0 cylinders as it was a turbine.

So, my turn: Excluding British teams/drivers, when was the last time a Grand Prix was won whereby the driver, chassis & engine all came from the same nation?

I think that this happened at the first ever Grand Prix, Silverstone 1950. Driver: Giuseppe Farina, car: Alfa 158

The Ferrari 640 was the first F1 car to be raced with a semi-automatic gearbox in 1989. However, the 640 was not the first F1 car fitted with such a gearbox.
What was the car & the year of installation?

The Lotus 76, in 1974 had an electronic clutch system that could be considered a precursor to the semi-auto gearbox.

No, the car i'm thinking of had a complete semi-auto 'box.
This car was not raced, only tested!

Already in the year 1979 the Scuderia had studied and tested in a 312 T3 lab car an electrohydraulic gear change. Now instead of a classic gearstick two buttons on the steering wheel were used to change gears. Those buttons activated electromagnetic valves to channel oil under pressure, activating the pistons responsible for the gear change. Due to the lack of advanced electronics back in the days this solution was quickly abandoned.
