It looks kinda simple & light. & it seems those water-drop-shaped outlets are meant to vent some of the disc hot air while isolating this heat as much as possible from the caliper...

Looks like 1 of the 4 air intake feeds that front part and the other 3 go In behind and come out through the water droplet shaped holes.
