Most beautiful F1 car?

I was always a big fan of the BAR 006



The prettiest one from recent years is the Ferrari F10 in my opinion

Easily one of the prettier cars in the history of F1. In general McLarens from 1998-2004 where extemely pretty, as well as the ones from the Senna era. Shame that particular one was so poor that forced one of the greatest drivers into an early retirement. At least it looked good.



The Sauber C23 was also special. Really loved the livery, compared to the crappy ones from the BMW era onwards. Shame that now they do not go back to this beautiful color scheme. One can only hope.



Last but not least, the last "true Ferrari", the F2004. Not so much because of the championship win, but due to the fact that it caused awewhenever you saw her, and looked aggressive, fast and elegant at the same time. And this is coming from someone with a strong dislike of the firm. Plus, Schumi's helmet matched perfectly and made a killer combo

Of the modern era, even though they were rubbish I thought the Prost GP cars always looked stunning. Must be that fantastic blue colour.



I remember Jean Aleisi crashing into a young Nick Heidfeld? (not sure) and Murray Walker commenting "Yahoo! That must be what the drivers are saying when they drive that car!"

This is imo the best looking F1 Car EVER ... and Im a long time Williams F1 Fan!

I really miss the wide low F1 cars, although at least we got the tall rear wings back even if they are a little narrow!

The Lamborghini 291 is one of my favorites. Had the beauty of the 80s and 90s but something makes it far more elagant in my eyes: no boxy sidepods. had nicely curved ones instead...

The F2005 wasn't raced until Bahrain (the 3rd race) in 2005, while this picture seems to be from Australia (the 1st race), so I believe this is the F2004, even though the photo is from 2005. In 2004 the F2004 didn't have the extra lower element on the front wing, but it did when it was used for the first two races in 2005.

From the past, my fave's are the cars from 1991, especially the Jordan 191, the Modena 291 (even though it was terrible) and the Ferrari 643.

Jordan 191 (just gorgeous in every respect)
Brabham BT55 ? (that crappy car but sick design that later evolved into an all dominant McLaren in 88)
Leyton House CG901 (Newey's first car) (and the livery did it no favours!)
Lotus 79 (of course!)
McLaren MP4-17 (one of best of the 'modern' designs)
